1. Select the product you would like to purchase and click on “Add to Cart.”

2. If you would like to buy more than one product, go select all the other products that you want to buy and click “Add to Cart”

3. Click on “Go View Cart”

4. Check all details of your purchase and make necessary changes, if any, and click “Proceed to Checkout”

5. Enter your billing details and check the box to agree to terms and conditions and click “Place Order”

6. Choose method of payment. Bank Card or Mobile Money and enter the details.

Verify that you entered the correct email address. If you still do not receive these details, please go to our Contact page and leave us a message and we will see what we can do about it.

Verify that you entered the correct Log in details. If after verifying, you still can’t log in to your account, please go to our Contact page and leave us a message and we will see what we can do about it.

Contact us using our contact page if after searching for the products of your choice, you do not find them.

Currently, we accept your Bank Card, i.e., VISA, Master Card and MTN Mobile Money.

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Online Deals Zambia account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order.

All your orders are sent via the designated partner courier services. We will be announcing this soon. The options for those that are buying from Lusaka to other parts of the country will be advised on a case by case basis as need arises.

Typically, for orders going out of Lusaka to different parts of the country, it may take anywhere between 1 – 2 business days excluding holidays. Please consult the vendor for specific shipping enquiries.
